- Architecture: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with registration in Council of Architecture.
- Civil Engineering: BE/B.Tech in Civil.
- Electrical Engineering: BE/B.Tech in Electrical.
- Electronics: BE/B.Tech in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical with Electronics specialization.
- Information Technology: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics OR MCA.
GATE Score: Candidates must have a valid GATE 2023 / 2024 / 2025 score in the respective discipline.
Other Criteria
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 27 Sept 2025.
- Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 yrs | SC/ST – 5 yrs | PwD – 10 yrs
