The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has kicked off its CSA XV recruitment drive for 2025. With over 10,277 Customer Service Associate (CSA) posts available across various public sector banks, now's your chance to join the banking sector. The online application window is active from 1st August to 21st August 2025.

๐ฐ Salary Package:
CSA pay scale ranges from ₹24,050 to ₹64,480 per month. Additional perks and allowances are applicable as per government norms.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- ๐ Age Limit: 20 to 28 years (as of 01/08/2025). Age relaxation for SC/ST: 5 yrs, OBC: 3 yrs, PwBD: 10 yrs.
- ๐ Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Must have proof of graduation by registration date.
- ๐ฃ️ Language: Must be proficient in the local language of the applied state/UT.

- Online Preliminary Exam
- Online Main Exam
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
✅ Final selection is based on the Main exam score only. No interview stage!

- General English – 40 Qs (40 Marks)
- Reasoning & Computer Aptitude – 50 Qs (60 Marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude – 50 Qs (50 Marks)
